Terms & Conditions for Bush Holiday Competition

1. Eligibility
   1.1 Entrants must be 18 years or older to participate.
   1.2 Only one entry per person is permitted.

2. Prize Details
   2.1 The prize is a bush holiday for up to 10 people, inclusive of accommodation and spending money.
   2.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash or any other items.
   2.3 The prize booking dates are final and cannot be changed.

3. Prize Redemption
   3.1 If the winner is unable to attend on the specified dates, the prize will be forfeited, and no alternative prize will be provided.
   3.2 All winners must provide a valid ID upon claiming the prize.

4. Additional Costs
   4.1 The winner will be responsible for covering a key and breakage deposit upon check-in. This deposit will be refundable upon check-out, subject to property inspection.
   4.2 Any additional expenses not expressly stated as part of the prize, such as transportation and personal expenses beyond the provided spending money, are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guests.

5. Winner Selection & Notification
   5.1 The winner will be selected at random and will be notified via email or phone within 7 days of the competition closing date.
   5.2 If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner will be selected.

6. Liability
   6.1 The promoter is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the prize holiday. Participants accept the prize at their own risk.
   6.2 The promoter reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of this competition at any time without prior notice.

7. Acceptance of Terms
   7.1 By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
